We listen, Heal and Grow
With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of serving individuals and families as both a clinician and administrator. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Psychology with a clinical concentration and a Ph.D. in International Psychology with a specialization in Trauma Services.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I believe that every person brings unique strengths, experiences, and possibilities into the therapeutic relationship. Rather than focusing solely on challenges, we work together to identify your strengths, develop practical tools, promote healing, and create meaningful change.
I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, respected, and supported. My work may also incorporate faith and spirituality for clients who desire a Christian perspective, while respecting each individual’s personal beliefs and values.
At Sugar & Soul Wisdom Oasis, therapy is more than addressing symptoms—it is about supporting the whole person and creating a space for healing, growth, resilience, and renewed hope.
